Medi: We source ethically made Ethiopian products and deliver anywhere in the world.Β π§£π©
2. What was the turning point that switched your entrepreneurial dream into action?
Medi: I keep on meeting great designers who want more people to know their products and brand. And most people I know still wonder how to order and get well designed and made Ethiopian products easily or in one place. So I figured my marketing skills and tools I am familiar with will narrow this gap so I opened the Store 251, an online shop in 2014.
3. What is your drive that keeps you going during tough times?
Medi: Constantly meeting great designers who like my idea and their inspiring work ethics, imagination and dreams. I want our products to be admired and sought globally.
4. If you have one piece of advise to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Medi: Starting is a big step but never forget to persist, do the small details with love.βπ½
